The soprano singer Gabriela Pechmannová was born in Pilsen, Czech Republic, where she studied piano (primarily) at the Academy of Music. Upon graduating, she was immediately invited to assist and cooperate with pedagogical staff at the Conservatory School. Simultaneously, from 1994 to 2000, she continued her studies - this time in the field of operatic singing, under the professor Ludmila Kotnauerová. She participated in master courses, both on her home ground and abroad. Apart from performing on concert platforms in the Czech Republic, she is also invited to foreign countries: she regularly performs in Germany and she's performed also in the Netherlands, France and Italy.

In the Czech Republic she cooperates with Mgr. Věra Vaňková's Prague Concert Agency.

The soprano singer's extensive repertoir includes the greatest opera literature, from the Baroque period to the twentieth century. She also devotes herself to the interpretation of sacred music (masses, oratorios and cantatas by J. S. Bach, G. F. Händel, A. Vivaldi, J. Haydn, W. A. Mozart, Ch. Gounod, J. J. Ryba and A. Dvořák).

Gabriela was invited to take part in a Christmas CD recording for music publisher Bohemia Records. Moreover, at the end of the year 2005, she made a profile CD under the leadership of the notable musical director Jaroslav Krček.

The concerts in Germany brought to the singer regular co-operation with conductor Ekkehard Hauenstein from Munich. Apart from the concerts both artists also met at recording the audio CD with advent and Christmas music (2008). She has also broadened her co-operation in Germany by private lessons and consultations by Professor Renate Ackermann in Munich.
